The Senate Commerce Committee will hold a Decency Forum Follow-up Meeting to hear from panelists involved in informal discussions that have occured on the decency issue since the Committee's Open Forum that was held on November 29, 2005. The Full Committee follow-up meeting will be held on Monday, December 12, 2005 at 10 a.m. in Room 562 of the Dirksen Building. At this time Jack Valenti, former President and CEO of the Motion Picture Association of America is confirmed to attend. He will provide an update on his discussions on a uniform ratings system. In addition, Kyle McSlarrow, the President and CEO of the National Cable & Telecommunications Association will particate. The meeting will be open to the public and the press.
