WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation today announced that its Subcommittee on Aviation will hold a hearing on Tuesday, May 9, 2006, at 2:30 p.m. in room 562 of the Dirksen Building to review the Department of Transportation's Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that seeks to clarify the rules regarding foreign investment in U.S. air carriers.
