Subcommittee to Hold Hearing on Airport Infrastructure and American Competitiveness

WASHINGTON - U.S. Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.), chairman of the Subcommittee on Aviation Operations, Safety, and Security, will convene a hearing on Thursday, March 23, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. titled “FAA Reauthorization: Perspectives on Improving Airport Infrastructure and Aviation Manufacturing.” The hearing will examine airport infrastructure issues, regulatory certification processes at the Federal Aviation Administration, and reforms to improve U.S. competitiveness in the global marketplace for aviation products and manufacturing.
