A Growth Agenda: Reducing Unnecessary Regulatory Burdens

U.S. Sen. John Thune (R-S.D.), chairman of the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, will convene a full committee hearing titled “A Growth Agenda: Reducing Unnecessary Regulatory Burdens” at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 1, 2017. The hearing will examine the negative impacts of unnecessarily burdensome regulations on diverse sectors of our nation’s economy. The hearing will also explore where a smarter regulatory approach would create jobs and spur economic growth.
